Supporting Your Journey
I work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship stress, PTSD, life transitions, developmental and attachment trauma and more. Together, we will explore and release old, unhelpful patterns and develop concrete tools that allow your pain to become a catalyst for growth. My work is grounded in proven, evidenced based approaches, and informed by attachment theory, trauma resolution, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic modalities, DBT, transpersonal therapy, holistic therapies, yoga, and mindfulness. I meet you where you are
and help you become your truest self.
Connection. Relationship. Love.
This is what it means to be human. And yet, in our fast-paced, demanding world, feeling truly connected can be surprisingly difficult. Many of us were never shown what healthy relationship looks like— intimacy, vulnerability, honesty, and yes, even pain and conflict. My early years as a therapist focused on attachment between parents and children.
Over time, through continued learning and experience, I’ve come to understand how deeply we need these same forms of attachment and attunement throughout adulthood. Joy and meaning emerge when we lean into vulnerability and cultivate intimacy—with ourselves and with others. As we learn to stay present during life’s most difficult moments, we grow. In our work together, I support you in connecting with your inner world and sharing yourself authentically in relationship. This process is often central to healing pain and suffering, that can show up as depression, anxiety, and addiction.
