Francine provides individual and group psychotherapy services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. She specializes in early childhood development, attachment issues and adoption, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, mindfulness, women’s issues, and trauma. She also has extensive experience working with families to create positive relationships and a joyful home environment.
She uses a variety of treatment approaches to help clients reach their goals, including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, mindfulness, and play and expressive therapies.
Parenting is the hardest and most important job you will ever have. Francine helps you navigate the parenting role with ease, grace and humor. She has extensive education in the fields of Child Development and Counseling and is a mom. Aside from individual parent coaching, group classes include Positive Parenting, Mindful Parenting, Conscious Parenting, Resilience, The Sibling Relationship, The Teen Brain, Positive Parenting and Your Child's Brain, Why Attachment Mattters, Meeting Your Babies Needs in the First 6 months and more. Francine has been leading Parenting Classes in the Metro DC area for more than 15 years.
Francine provides a wide range of preschool and early childhood services, including teacher and parent training, classroom observations, advice line coaching, teacher evaluations, on-site program evaluation and consultation and Mindfulness training for students, teachers and staff. She works with a number of preschools and organizations in the Metro DC area and has been involved in Early Childhood Education for more than 25 years.
